Worth knowing

There is no application. The automotive instructor selects the winner. There is no mark threshold and no credit count here, only successful completion and above average ability, so it is the automotive award to aim for if the Chevrolet award's 80 per cent is out of reach. Unless an award states otherwise, applicants must be Canadian citizens and have lived in Alberta for at least one year.

About this scholarship

Fountain Tire pays $1,000 to a student enrolled in the senior level Automotive Program who completes all its credits successfully, shows above average ability, and would be an excellent candidate for the trade.
