Worth knowing

There is no application. The awards committee selects the winner with the shop teachers. The criterion is work ethic rather than achievement, and it spans three different shop programmes, so a student who is steady in any one of them is a candidate. Unless an award states otherwise, applicants must be Canadian citizens and have lived in Alberta for at least one year.

About this scholarship

A $350 memorial award for a student who has demonstrated a strong work ethic in Fabrication Studies, Construction Technology or the Mechanics areas.
