Worth knowing

There is no application. The automotives instructor selects the winner. The prize is tools rather than cash, which is the kit a first year apprentice would otherwise have to buy. Turning up on time for the shop period is literally part of the qualification. Unless an award states otherwise, applicants must be Canadian citizens and have lived in Alberta for at least one year.

About this scholarship

NAPA gives a toolbox to a graduating student of the Automotives Intermediate and Advanced program who has an excellent attendance and punctuality record, is dependable, shows initiative in shop work and has a positive attitude to the industry.
