A Foothills Composite culinary arts student with perfect attendance
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The culinary instructors give $500 and a chef's knife to a grade 12 student in good standing in Culinary Arts who has kept perfect attendance in the class regardless of illness or injury, assists the instructors, is a positive influence on peers and has earned the maximum service marks.
The attendance clause is the strictest in the handbook and is stated without exception, so a single missed class most likely ends it. Grade 10 and 11 students in the programme are named as eligible to build toward it.
