ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The Medicine Hat Firefighters Charitable Foundation Scholarship supports graduating students who are accepted into (or have recently completed) an accredited fire service program. Applicants must reside in Medicine Hat, Redcliff, or Cypress County and demonstrate community involvement, leadership, and financial need. One $2,000 award is given annually, with applications accepted May 1 – June 30 and the winner announced July 1.
One $2,000 scholarship. The 2026 round took submissions between May 1 and July 31. These are those dates rolled forward, so check mhffcharity.com in the spring.
