Worth knowing

An apprenticeship counts here. If your trade has an agricultural side, say so, because that is where the preference sits. Agricultural study is preferred, but other post-secondary programs or trades qualify. Post-secondary OR trade, not mandatory apprenticeship.

How the Wetaskiwin Composite awards form works

One Google Form covers every in-house award at Wetaskiwin Composite. You tick the awards you want, write one paragraph on why, and that paragraph is judged against all of them. The 2026 form closed June 6 and winners were told by email or text in September. Watch the school's post-secondary page for the next one in the spring.

23 awards listed here go through it.

About this scholarship
