ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
An award for a student in the welding programme at Bev Facey who has demonstrated financial need and shown significant improvement in overall achievement during high school. The value is set by the sponsor each year.
It runs alongside the PCL award in the same programme but judges the opposite thing: where PCL wants employability, this one wants a student whose marks climbed and whose money is tight. Apply for both. Bev Facey runs one online form for every in-house award: you tick the ones you qualify for and attach a written or video submission saying why. A staff committee decides. The 2026 form closed April 7 and opened on March 16, so watch for it in mid-March.
