Battle of the Chefs Scholarship

One award of $250 for a graduating student accepted into a first-year culinary programme at a Canadian post-secondary institution, who shows outstanding achievement in food or culinary courses and involvement or leadership in the programme.

You need the acceptance letter in hand, not just an intention. Leadership inside the foods programme counts alongside your cooking. Bev Facey runs one online form for every in-house award: you tick the ones you qualify for and attach a written or video submission saying why. A staff committee decides. The 2026 form closed April 7 and opened on March 16, so watch for it in mid-March.
