Worth knowing

No fixed deadline. You qualify by finishing on the podium at the Provincial Skills Canada Competition, then send Alberta Student Aid the application form and your Skills Canada Alberta letter of endorsement. You have two years from the date of the letter to claim it.

About this scholarship

$1,200 from the Alberta Heritage Scholarship Fund for a top podium finish at the Provincial Skills Canada Competition. It goes to the top two Grade 12 finishers and the top post-secondary finisher. You have to be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person, and an Alberta resident. Visa students are not eligible.
