ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 256 in Stony Plain award two of these to students who demonstrate leadership skills and show evidence of good citizenship and strong work habits. Worth noting against the Legion bursaries elsewhere in Alberta: this one carries no requirement to be descended from a veteran, so it is open to any student at the school who meets the three criteria.
