Worth knowing

There are two application windows a calendar year, closing at noon on the third Wednesday in July and the third Wednesday in November, but you can only receive one award per year. Membership must be in good standing before you apply, so join first, not at the deadline. Applicants must have held Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Canada membership in good standing for at least one year.

About this scholarship

Bursaries of up to $1,000 each, depending on available funds, awarded through two intakes a year, not one. Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents who have spina bifida or hydrocephalus and hold a current SBHAC membership.
