Elsworth Foy Memorial Bursary

One bursary of $500 intended for a student from a rural farming background who is from the Peace Region. First priority goes to an entering student, second to a student in Education, Forestry or Nursing.

The farming background and the Peace Region are the real requirements; the programme list is only a second-tier preference, so a student entering anything at all still qualifies on the first tier. Northwestern Polytechnic's standard award criteria require two full semesters already completed at NWP, which shuts most of its 359 awards to a student coming straight out of grade 12. Entrance awards are the exception and this is one of them. Applications sit in your NWP account document library once you are admitted.
