Worth knowing

Each Legion branch sets its own deadline, eligibility details and application process, so contact your local branch rather than working to a fixed date. Must be a graduate of the current or previous year and under 21. Eligible family connections include children and grandchildren of veterans, current Canadian Forces, RCMP and reserve personnel. Eligible veteran relatives include great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; applicants qualifying through their own reserve or firefighting service must have served for at least one year.
