Worth knowing

You apply once you are enrolled rather than in Grade 12, so this is one to note now and act on in your first term. It takes a 1,000 to 1,200 word essay and a cover letter. CCOHS runs a second award on the same page, the Chad Bradley Scholarship, open to women in the same field. You must take an occupational health and safety course or program at an accredited Canadian college or university.

About this scholarship

Two $3,000 awards a year from the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, for students in any occupational health and safety course or program leading to a certificate, diploma or degree. Full-time and part-time students are both eligible.
