Five scholarships of $750 for Elk Island students, decided on a 500-word essay about sustainability. Suggested angles include why sustainability matters to you personally, how it shows up in your daily life or community, how sustainable thinking creates long term change, and how it connects to your studies or career. Marking weighs clarity and organisation, original thinking and personal insight, relevance, quality of writing, and use of supporting evidence, so this is a writing competition rather than a transcript one.
