Worth knowing

Proof of post-secondary registration in fine arts has to be presented, so a student still deciding between programmes should look at the Society's four $500 awards instead, which carry no such requirement. Unless an award states otherwise, applicants must be Canadian citizens and have lived in Alberta for at least one year.

About this scholarship

A single $1,000 scholarship for a grade 12 AHSFA student who has shown excellence and professionalism in their craft, is recognised by peers as a positive mentor, and is enrolling in fine arts at a post-secondary institution.
