ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The Western Wheel pays $250 to a student competent across the Communications Technology program who excels in one or more of its areas, intends to pursue the field at post-secondary level, and shows good citizenship in class, school and community.
The handbook states outright that the award may be withheld in a year when no student meets the required standard, which is rare and means it is not automatically handed to the best available candidate.
