How the Fort High awards form works
All of Fort High's internal awards use one checklist form filed with Student Services. You tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
10 awards listed here go through it.
About this scholarship
For a graduating Fort High student continuing to post-secondary who either comes from a rural farming family or has a passion for music. The two routes are unrelated and it is an either-or, not a both, which doubles the number of students who can apply. The award also asks that you exemplify the qualities Fort High knew Serge for, described on the form as Sting Style.
