How the Fort High awards form works
All of Fort High's internal awards use one checklist form filed with Student Services. You tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
10 awards listed here go through it.
About this scholarship
The criteria here go further than any other award on this list. The student must have a passing grade without regard for percentages, and limited income. Above all the award asks for dedication to studies and to the school. If your marks have kept you out of every other application, this is the one written with you in mind.
