How the Fort High awards form works
All of Fort High's internal awards use one checklist form filed with Student Services. You tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
10 awards listed here go through it.
About this scholarship
Funded by the alumni of the old red brick Fort High and written for a student registered at a post-secondary institution who exemplified hard work without necessarily having top marks, has overcome some adversity, and is in financial need.
