The Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary in Fort Saskatchewan fund this for a grade 12 student who shows leadership and participation in school activities. Worth noting against Legion bursaries elsewhere in Alberta, which usually require descent from a veteran: this one asks only for the leadership and the participation.
All of Fort High's internal awards ride on one checklist form filed with Student Services, and you tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
