How the Fort High awards form works
All of Fort High's internal awards use one checklist form filed with Student Services. You tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
10 awards listed here go through it.
About this scholarship
Open to a Fort High student from any grade level. It is judged on active involvement in leadership activity at the school, community volunteering and service, and acting as an ambassador for both the school and the City of Fort Saskatchewan. Academic standing has to be satisfactory but is not otherwise scored.
