ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
For a Fort High student in financial need who also has strong academic performance and will be attending a post-secondary institution. It sits between the school's two need-based awards and its academic ones by asking for both at once, so a strong transcript is not on its own enough and neither is need.
All of Fort High's internal awards ride on one checklist form filed with Student Services, and you tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
