ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
For a strong academic Fort High student registered in a health sciences faculty at a post-secondary institution, with medicine, dentistry and X-ray technician given as examples of what counts. It overlaps with the hospital auxiliary bursary beside it, and since the school's application is a single checklist you tick both rather than choosing between them.
All of Fort High's internal awards ride on one checklist form filed with Student Services, and you tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
