ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Funded by the auxiliary of the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital for a student attending a post-secondary institution in a medical field. The criteria name nothing beyond the field itself, no average and no service record, so the pool is whoever in the graduating class is heading into medicine or an allied health programme.
All of Fort High's internal awards ride on one checklist form filed with Student Services, and you tick every award you want on the same sheet and write how you meet each one. The date on the form is a bare June 1 with no year, so it repeats.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before June 1, 2027.
