Worth knowing

The linked application gives September 1, 2026 as the previous deadline, so ask the foundation or Fort High student services about the next round. Applicants must enter the first year of a full-time degree, diploma or certificate at an accredited Canadian institution.

About this scholarship

The Andy Polanski Charitable Foundation was established in 2014 after the death of Andy Polanski, a young man remembered for volunteering across his school and community. It offers $1,000 to a graduate of a Fort Saskatchewan high school going on to post-secondary who has demonstrated the importance of giving back and, through it, has had an impact on others. The foundation's own motto frames the criterion better than a rubric could. Life is measured by the fingerprints you leave behind.

Email me when the date is posted

We send one link to confirm, then an email when a confirmed deadline is posted and reminders before it closes.
We store your address only to send these reminders, and delete it the moment you unsubscribe.
What we keep

Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. We never sell or trade it. The full privacy policy.
