Worth knowing

This runs alongside the foundation’s Leader of Tomorrow award, and the linked application gives September 1, 2026 as the previous deadline, with no 2027 deadline confirmed. Applicants must enter their first year at an accredited Canadian college, university, technical institute or trade school.

About this scholarship

The second of the two Andy Polanski Legacy Scholarships, worth $1,000 to a Fort Saskatchewan high school student who has completed their high school requirements and is pursuing post-secondary education. It is run in partnership rather than by the foundation alone, and its criteria are written more broadly than its sibling award, which asks specifically about giving back.

Email me when the date is posted

We send one link to confirm, then an email when a confirmed deadline is posted and reminders before it closes.
We store your address only to send these reminders, and delete it the moment you unsubscribe.
What we keep

Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. We never sell or trade it. The full privacy policy.
