Sarah Gaulin Memorial Scholarship
Who can apply: Full-time Canadian college and university students living with a diagnosed mental health condition
Amount and deadline
Checked against the provider's page in Oct 2026.
Worth knowing
You need a mental health condition diagnosed at least two years ago and an ongoing treatment plan with a health professional or campus counselling service. You must be studying full-time and returning full-time in the fall, so a Grade 12 graduate applies during first year. Developmental and learning disabilities, ADHD and autism are covered by other programs, not this one. Citizens and permanent residents can apply, and the next intake opens in the fall.
About this scholarship
The Gaulin Foundation gives $1,000 scholarships to post-secondary students who keep studying while managing a serious mental health condition.
