LCHS students entering an apprenticeship or post-secondary program in welding
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

One $1,000 award for a student continuing into welding, either through an apprenticeship or a post-secondary program. Current graduates and students who attended in the previous school year both qualify, and citizenship and character are weighed alongside academic standing. You may apply before enrolment is confirmed.

One form covers every LPSD award. You complete the General LPSD Scholarship Application in the Google Classroom, code an2eroz, by May 1, and tick this award on the LCHS organizer sheet rather than applying to the sponsor.

HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before May 1, 2027.
