Worth knowing
You must live in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut, be 18 to 30, and already be accepted into a post-secondary aviation program. Send transcripts from that program, two reference letters and a statement of interest by mail or by email to admin@borekair.com. The 2026 round closed March 31. The 2027 date shown here assumes the same day next year and is not confirmed yet.
About this scholarship
Kenn Borek Air, the Calgary airline, gives two $5,000 scholarships a year, one to a student training as a pilot and one to a student training in aircraft maintenance.
