Alberta students who played U15AAA hockey in St. Albert for three years
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
For an Alberta resident who played U15AAA, formerly Bantam AAA, hockey in St. Albert for at least three years and is going on to post-secondary education. The criteria ask for leadership, community involvement and a passion for the game to match John Reid's. The three-year residency inside one club is the real gate, and it is decided long before you apply.
The last day of February is the date Bellerose publishes, and it is the earliest local deadline in St. Albert by a clear margin. It falls before most students have their post-secondary answers, so put it in the calendar in the fall.
HOW TO APPLY
1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school before February 28, 2027.
