About this scholarship
The Leduc County, Devon and John Maland scholarships that take an application, each chosen by its own committee: the Devon Lions Legacy Scholarship, the Devon Lions Community Service Awards and the Devon Royal Canadian Legion Bursaries ($1,000 each), the Neighbourhood Dental Scholarship ($1,000), the Linda Finlay Scholarship and the Devon History Book Scholarship. The school also gives honours, subject, service, fine arts, CTS and athletic awards at the same ceremony.
Worth knowing
Print each application and hand in a hard copy at the school office. The 2026 deadline for all of them was Friday, June 19, 2026, except the Leduc County Bursary, which you apply for directly; the 2027 date here is rolled forward. Incomplete applications are not considered, and awards are handed out at the school's awards night in early October of the next school year.
