Worth knowing

You or a parent or guardian must be an EQUS member in good standing, and you must be an Alberta resident who is a citizen or permanent resident. Send the form, an essay of up to 1,000 words on yourself and your plans, Alberta transcripts, two reference letters and your acceptance letter. Applications open June 1 and must be postmarked by August 1. Past winners cannot apply again.

About this scholarship

EQUS, the rural Alberta power co-op, gives four $1,500 scholarships each year to members and their children starting a program of two years or more.
