Worth knowing

You must have been an AEF member in good standing for 12 months in a row when you apply. Email one PDF with the application, proof of acceptance or enrolment, two signed reference letters, a current CV, an equine photo showing safe gear, and a 400-word essay. Applications are due by midnight on May 31. If you are still waiting on admission, the award depends on proof of acceptance. Winners are told by August 15.

About this scholarship

The Alberta Equestrian Federation gives $750 scholarships to members heading into an equine-related program at a Canadian college, polytechnic or university.
