Worth knowing

Apply through the NPFBF online public bursary application with transcripts, references and a community involvement essay. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, have at least 70% across their last three terms, and enter a program lasting at least one year. One application covers the Gordon Clarke and regional bursaries, and a student can receive only one. Previous NPFBF bursary winners and children of salaried NPF employees are ineligible. The estimated deadline is May 14, 2027. The 2027 date is not published yet; this is last year's date moved forward one year.

About this scholarship

This $2,500 bursary supports students entering a full-time Canadian degree or diploma related to public safety who live in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba. Selection considers grades, community and volunteer activities, the essay and references.
