This is the parenting-student twin of the Legacy scholarship at the same fund, with the same documents and the same September start requirement, so a student who qualifies for both should ask which application covers which. Neither the value nor the number of awards is fixed. The fund's own scholarships page says the application period is closed and gives no reopening date. Applicants must be parenting high-school students.
