Worth knowing
The money is paid while you are still in high school, not after, and attendance and marks are checked every month. You need a referral from your school counsellor and an interview with the Grants Manager, so start with Student Services, not the form. Applications close April 30 each year. Applicants seeking their final two semesters of funding need at least 65 earned credits, and those seeking only their final semester need at least 80. Different requirements apply to K&E certificate students. Full time means at least three courses per semester.

About this scholarship
A living allowance for Calgary grade 12 students whose finances are getting in the way of finishing, covering everyday costs like rent, food and transportation, not tuition. Applicants must be under 21 years of age. Applicants must currently live in Calgary and have lived there for at least the past six months. A full-time course load is required.
