At least $2,500, renewable for three consecutive years if you stay full time. It goes to a student entering first year of undergraduate study immediately after graduating Grade 12 from a Calgary public or Catholic school, who has volunteered through a church, community organization, athletics, or cultural or political activity.

The scholarship honours the ties Fraser Lockwood and his family built with the Filipino community, and preference goes to students whose families have that connection.
