Sturgeon County residents enrolled in post-secondary who lead in their community
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP

Sturgeon County gives two $2,000 awards a year, in memory of community leader Dale MacMillan, to residents enrolled at a recognized post-secondary institution who have shown leadership in the county.

You need a current Sturgeon County address, proof of enrolment, an essay of up to 300 words on your contributions and plans, and up to two reference letters. The Calahoo-Villeneuve Sand and Gravel Advisory Committee picks the winners and may give no award if no application fits. The 2026 round is closed and the next date isn't posted yet.
