Youth Climate Action Bursary
The Calgary Climate Hub gives four to eight bursaries of $500 to $1,000 a year to young people involved in climate action, such as climate strikes, school eco-clubs or community climate projects.
This round is for the 2026/27 school year: you qualify if you will study at a Calgary post-secondary school, or if you graduated from a Calgary high school and are studying elsewhere. That means current Grade 12 students apply in next year's round, the September after graduating. Email a 200 to 500-word description of your climate involvement, your school and program, and links to any related projects, using the address on the Climate Hub page.
