What we keep
Nothing else is sent until you press the button in the confirmation email. If you never do, the address is deleted within 30 days. Otherwise it goes 60 days after the deadline or the moment you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. A listing with no date keeps it a year at most, and nothing is kept past 18 months. We never sell or trade it. Questions go to hello@scholarab.ca. The full privacy policy.
Worth knowing
You need to be 17 or older, an Alberta resident, and diagnosed or self-identifying as Autistic, with a program starting in September or later. Training at any registered institution counts, not only college or university. The application asks about your learning goals and the difference the money would make, and takes about an hour. Proof of enrolment comes before payment, and you can win it once. Applications usually open in May, and the 2026 deadline was July 20 at 9 AM.
About this scholarship
The Sinneave Foundation gives up to 20 scholarships of $1,000 a year to Autistic Albertans for tuition, books, equipment, housing or travel.
