Shiloh Chiropractic Clinic fund this for the top student in the Sports Medicine program at Memorial Composite. The recipient has to have completed both the academic and the practicum parts of Sports Medicine 35, so the practicum hours are as much a requirement as the mark is.
Memorial Composite does not asterisk this one, which in its award list means there is no separate application to file; the school selects from the students in front of it. Making sure the department knows you want it is the step that is actually available to you.
