Worth knowing
Memorial Composite does not asterisk this one, which in its award list means there is no separate application to file. The school selects from the students in front of it. Making sure the department knows you want it is the step you can take. The current Athletics Handbook is linked from the athletics page.
About this scholarship
Memorial Composite may award $1,000 each to one male and one female graduating student-athlete. Recipients need a Grade 12 average of at least 70%, participation on a school team in two high school years including Grade 12, and strong attitude, responsibility, leadership and teamwork. The scholarship is paid after proof of post-secondary registration, which must be supplied within two years of graduation.
