SCHOLARSHIP COMMUNITY DEADLINE TBA

ServiceMaster Clean of Edmonton Community Service Award

SHERWOOD PARK
WHO CAN APPLY
Bev Facey students who improved and served

One award of $1,000 for a student who has shown significant improvement in overall achievement during high school, has a strong vocational career focus and has served the school or wider community. Financial need must also be demonstrated.

This is written for the student who started badly and finished well, which is the opposite of most academic awards. A vocational rather than academic career plan is what the criteria expect. Bev Facey runs one online form for every in-house award: you tick the ones you qualify for and attach a written or video submission saying why. A staff committee decides. The 2026 form closed April 7 and opened on March 16, so watch for it in mid-March.

1 Talk to your school guidance counsellor about this award.
2 Ask about internal school deadlines, which can be earlier than the listed one.
3 Submit your application through your school.
