SCHOLARSHIP GENERAL DEADLINE TBA

Scouts Canada Scholarship Program

NATIONAL
WHO CAN APPLY
Registered Scouts Canada members under 26

Scouts Canada's national scholarship program for registered members entering or continuing full-time study at a Canadian university or college.

Listed with a caution: Scouts Canada says it is reviewing the program and intends to relaunch a revised version, and has not published the new amount, award count or deadline. Historic awards ran up to $6,000, one per person, not renewable, but that figure belongs to the old program and is not claimed here. Eligibility as previously published: a currently active and registered Scouts Canada member who has not turned 26 by January 1 of the application year, judged on achievement in academics, community and their Scouting group. The application asked for a 200-word statement on what Scouting has meant to you, two reference letters with only one from inside Scouting, a resume, and a current transcript. Email scholarships@scouts.ca for the relaunch date rather than waiting for the page to change. Verified against scouts.ca on 2026-09-08.
