BCHS graduates entering a teaching degree with a 75% average
ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded annually to a Brooks Composite High School graduate who is going on to a post-secondary institution to become a teacher. To qualify you need a minimum average of 75% in your Grade 12 courses. Awards restricted to future teachers are rare outside the university faculties themselves, and this one is restricted to a single high school on top of that, so the field it competes against is very small.
The handbook publishes no closing date for this award. Applications are collected by Brooks Composite High School rather than by the sponsor, and the form itself is a Google Doc only Grasslands students can open, so the date you need is the one the school sets. Ask the BCHS office in the fall.
