ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The Rural Municipalities of Alberta has run this programme since 1995 to encourage young rural Albertans into further education. Six scholarships of $1,500 are awarded each year.
Rocky View County surfaces this for its residents, and the qualifying residency is a rural municipality rather than a town, so living inside Cochrane's town limits may not count even though the county surrounds it. Check with the county before assuming. The date shown is the annual cutoff rolled forward.
