ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
One award for a graduate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic entering the trades, technical school or an apprenticeship. The criteria say twice over that the recipient is not necessarily strong academically and not necessarily an honour student. Selection is by recommendation of the CTS department, so the shop teachers decide this one.
Every award in the handbook is decided from a single ECCHS Awards Application, and the school says outright that a student may submit only one. The cutoff is a dated one rather than a repeating day, and the 2026 round closed on Monday, June 22, so ask student services for the current date.
