Worth knowing

French immersion graduates are the natural fit here and the amount is far above a typical language award. Applications close in early June for the following fall. Quebec students may apply a year earlier. Applicants must enter year three or four of their first bachelor’s degree, or year two in Quebec, and take a one- or two-semester Canadian exchange for credit with over half their courses in their second official language. Translation programs and professional degrees after a bachelor’s degree do not qualify.
