RBC Elevate Scholarship
Forty awards a year of up to $15,000 from RBC, administered by Universities Canada, for students aged 17 to 29 who are accepted into a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate program and need the money.
The largest of the three RBC Next Step scholarships, and the one a graduating Grade 12 student can actually use: you qualify once you are accepted, not only once enrolled. The value tracks your program: up to $15,000 a year for a bachelor's degree, $8,000 for a diploma, $2,000 for CEGEP technical training. Ages 17 to 29, Canadian citizen or permanent resident, financial need required. Apply EARLY. Universities Canada caps the round at 500 submitted applications and closes the portal once it fills, so the posted deadline is a ceiling, not a plan. The 2026 window ran February 2 to March 26. The companion RBC Ignite Scholarship is listed separately here; the third, RBC Reimagine, is for people 25 and over who have been out of school three years or more.
